Meetings and Parties - We help plan all types of events and parties, everything fromcorporate meetings to marketing seminars, bridal & baby showers, grand openings, private parties, fundraisers, etc. Our planners will assist with every aspect of the event, from project planning to conducting survey and analysis.
Weddings - From the initial meeting to the dream day, our consutants will assess the couple's needs, precisely detailing the kind of wedding they want, the number of people they'll invite, and the type of budget they are looking at. We'll then provide the couple creativity and help them craft their plan or direct them to resources for wedding.
We are specialized in ethnic wedding planning, helping incorporate beautiful traditions to make the couple’s wedding unique and to help them salute their heritage. Some customs we help bring alive are:
Jewish – rent our elegantly decorated chuppah, a wedding canopy that symbolizes the sanctuary of a new home and the spiritual haven the couple will share together.
Italian: we can arrange from the coated almonds to making sure you have the music for the Tarantella.
India: we can arrange anything from the henna to the wedding sarees and Punjabi bhangrha music.
African-Amerian: we’ll help with everything from concept to helping the couples jump the broom, which celebrate the beginning of their new life together. We will work with the couples to make their cultural wedding wishes come true. Plus, we have a vast network of professionals who have the skills to customize food; therefore, we can assist in planning any special traditional ethnic menu the couples want.
Africa: (Nigeria, Morocco, Egypt, Ethiopia, India) – we can help arrange to treat the bride to a full-body massage with coconut or olive oil and a professional henna artist to paint their hands and feet with elaborate designs. This is believed to keep evil spirits at bay. Nigeria: we can arrange for any of these - the kola nut to be shared between the couple and their parents, bubah for the bride and bridesmaids, agbada for the groom and groomsmen. Liberia: we can work with you to make your wedding wishes come true by being there from the 1st wedding meeting to writing letters to family and friends for promised contribution. One of our expert consultants guides through the entire process – we’ll help you choose your theme and put the decoration together for you, the consultant will then arrange for you to meet with our preferred caterers for tasting. Our complete wedding packages offer a vast selection of DJs, Photographers, Caterers, Decorators, Baker – for the cake, drink packages, etc. The consultant can even arrange for Cowrie shells, which is indigenous to West Africa and, represent fertility and prosperity. Cowrie shells are a significant favorite used in favors design and decoration or table centerpieces to express tradition.
